The Pinot Noir grape is a majesty among South Tyrol's red wine grapes. Its intense bouquet of red berries, violets and spices forms an elegant and sophisticated taste profile. The unpressed grape peels of this noble variety sourced from South Tyrol's most renowned wine producers were gently distilled in small water bath alembics by our master distiller in autumn 2012. In autumn 2013, the noble distillate was placed into small oak barrels for refinement in order to mature into an extraordinary XO grappa. After more than 88 months of aging this grappa appears elegant, delicate and expressive with ripe notes of dried fruit, honey and spices.
PINOT L’OR DE NOIR XO is a special grappa to be enjoyed in small sips, combined with dark chocolate or as an accompaniment to a cigar.

Organic Limoncello is produced by the Walcher distillery from organic Sicilian lemon peel.
Its scent of fresh lemons is an invitation to tasting. The acidity and sweetness of this liquor give it a perfect balance. Finally, the low sugar content makes this limoncello all the more attractive.
To be enjoyed very fresh straight out of the fridge.

Epicurious Brothers has selected Mandarinetto “Il Convento” – Tangerine Liqueur.

This liqueur is produced in Massa Lubrense, a town on the Amalfi Coast, facing the island of Capri.

Mandarinetto is obtained by infusing mandarin peel in neutral alcohol. The result is a very balanced, fresh and natural digestive.

South Tyrolean organic Single Malt Whisky is produced using the finest organic barley malt, which provides the base for its characteristic and distinctive aroma. Following a careful distillation, our Whisky rests for 2.5 years in oak barrels previously used for the refinement of precious Lagrein wine. To complete its complexity and elegance, it is then rounded off by a further one-year finish in Sherry Oloroso casks. This second and final aging passage provides our Whisky with its particular depth and unique character. Nuances of vanilla and caramel can be perceived on the nose, accompanied by hints of roasted nuts and dried fruits. A soft, harmonious blend of sweet malt aromas, ripe fruit, honey, dark chocolate and subtle cask notes unfolds on the palate.
