Producer
With five generations of experience, the Pizzolato farm was created in 1981. Originally, the company was involved in cattle breeding, vine growing and fruit and vegetable harvesting.
Grapes and wine are the products of excellence among all agricultural products. They are quickly revealed to be the first to respond positively to biological methods. In 1991, the wines began to be certified by a control body in accordance with EEC Regulation No. 2092/91. Vinification and bottling techniques were then regulated by a new European statute for organic wine. Finally, the winery obtained organic certification in 1991. This was the year in which certification bodies were created in Italy.
