Grappa Pinot Noir Bio is produced by the Walcher distillery in South Tyrol, Italy. This family has been distilling Grappa and fruit liqueurs for nine generations.

Grappa Pinot Noir Bio is a certified organic Pinot Noir grape marc eau-de-vie. The marc is distilled using traditional copper stills in a bain-marie. The result is a magnificent Grappa, fine and fruity with aromas of almonds and walnuts.
