Grappa Riserva Bio is produced by the Walcher distillery in South Tyrol, Italy. This family has been distilling Grappa and fruit liqueurs for nine generations.

Grappa Riserva Bio is a certified organic grape marc brandy. The marc is distilled using traditional copper stills in a bain-marie. It is then aged for a minimum of 18 months in oak barrels to obtain the “Riserva” appellation. The result is a magnificent Grappa with aromas of dried fruits and vanilla. Pleasantly sweet in the mouth.
