Gin BIO “Sole e Luna” aged in PX casks is a Dry Gin distilled from 24 Mediterranean “Botanicals”.
Subsequently, this Gin is aged for 14 months in small PX Sherry casks. Usually these barrels are used for Whiskey and confer notes of dried fruits and spices during aging. Gin BIO “Sole e Luna” aged in PX barrels is a limited edition intended for the finest palates.
