The new Prosecco DOC Brut Rosé Pizzolato BIO/Vegan is a vintage sparkling wine that combines the aroma and fruity characteristics of the Glera grape (90%) with the elegance, refinement and style of Pinot Noir (10%): l he future of Prosecco is definitely rosy!


This prosecco DOC Brut Rosé from Pizzolato BIO/Vegan is thus the result of a long charmat method of about two months in an autoclave, obtained from a blend of Glera and Pinot Noir. The Pinot Noir grapes, after a gentle pressing, are then left in contact with the skins for the period necessary to achieve the desired color. The must is then subjected to fermentation in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 18°C. Finally, a cuvée is then prepared with Prosecco wine (90%) for about 2 months in an autoclave. 5 atm.


It is fine but also persistent.


She's dewy while still shining


The nose has an intense aroma, with delicate notes of white flowers, apple and pear, typical of Prosecco. Everything then mingles with recognizable notes of red fruits.


This prosecco has a fresh, velvety taste with good acidity. It is thus very tasty, with a dry and persistent finish. Velvety, fresh, well-balanced, and finally it's also lively with an elegant aftertaste.
