La Pietra Toscana IGT 2019 is a Super Tuscan (use of international grape varieties in Tuscany) produced by Tenute del Cabreo. The estate covers two areas, both in the town of Greve in Chianti. The production area of Pietra, known as Panzano, is located on the highest hills of the Chianti Classico region and consists of 20 hectares of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir vineyards.
Additionally, Pietra was one of the very first Italian whites to be aged in small French oak barrels. He therefore brought the Burgundian style to Tuscany, soaking up the particularities of the Tuscan terroir. This super Tuscan will go well with your best dishes, refined and intense. It will accompany your dinners as well as your aperitifs.
Winemaking

Then, the partial alcoholic fermentation continues in French oak barrels (500 liters) (50% new and 50% one year old).
