Ribolla Gialla produced by Ronco dei Folo is the result of a careful selection of grapes in one of the most characteristic areas in the middle of the DOC area of Collio. It is here that the characteristics of the soil and the particular climatic conditions guarantee the maximum and typical aromatic expression of the white grapes of the region.
Winemaking
Vinification in white at controlled temperature at 16°C in stainless steel containers. Maturation is then carried out on the lees for at least 4 months. Bottle aging for at least 2 months.
Dress
Straw yellow with slightly more intense tones when ripe.
Nose
Elegant with floral notes and, when ripe, delicate scents of fruit.
Stuffy
Freshness and sweetness.

Ribolla Gialla goes well with seafood, fish-based starters and white meats.
