Producer

Azienda Agricola Lucchetti is a family of farmers who firmly believe in indigenous viticulture.

Their story begins with their founder Armando, a tenacious sharecropper, expert in the technique of grafting. Armando was thus one of the first to believe in the indigenous grape varieties of the region, such as Lacrima and Verdicchio. He then carefully selected the best vines to propagate. The vast majority of the region's oldest vineyards were grafted by him. In 1966, he and his son purchased the land where the winery stands today. From there began the conversion into a specialist vineyard, bottling their first production in 1991.

The company is located in Morro d'Alba, a town known for being the heart of the Lacrima grape variety. It now has about 30 hectares cultivated only with native grape varieties: Lacrima and Verdicchio.

Their mission is to achieve sustainable viticulture, while safeguarding biodiversity. Moreover, obtaining real wines from this land representing their terroir is their priority.

Precisely for this reason, since 2016 the company has been practicing organic viticulture, using only contact products and eliminating all cryptogamic agents of chemical origin.
