Produced in Ticino with grapes grown at almost 350 meters above sea level in terraced vineyards. The work in the vines and the harvest of the grapes are carried out by hand around mid-October.
Winemaking
The vinification of this exceptional product is carried out by fermentation at controlled temperature in steel tanks. At the end of the alcoholic fermentation, the wine is left in contact with the yeasts to continue the second malolactic fermentation in order to extract the best aromas and perfumes.

Intense red with purplish reflections.
Nose
An intense and aromatic bouquet of berries and blackcurrant.
Stuffy
On the palate this Merlot is round and velvety with persistent tannins on the finish and vanilla aromas.
