Garnacha Cariñena DOP Bio – Bodegaverde is a rosé wine. It comes from the selection of the best certified organic vines in the DOP (AOC) region of Cariñena.

Winemaking

To begin with, it undergoes a cold maceration at a controlled temperature of 5-6°C for 6 to 8 hours. Then the must is bled in order to start the fermentation. This takes place in vats for 20 to 25 days at a temperature of 15°C.

Dress

The strawberry pink color of Garnacha Cariñena DOP Bio is of medium intensity.

Nose

Primary aromas of red fruits.

Stuffy

Fleshy, fresh and well balanced on the palate with also a good length.

Founded in 1944 by 60 winegrowers from the Cariñena region, the Cooperativa Vinícola San Valero already has more than 500 members. They are now equipped with the best technology to produce high quality wines. They offer a quality suitable for the most demanding palates.

The diversity of terroirs as well as the microclimate of the region gives the vineyards varied and particular characteristics. This distinctive character is also transmitted to all their wines.

The soil, the climate and the altitude – combine to make these lands a privileged place for viticultural activity. The different microclimates in this area influence the ripening process of the grapes.
