Epicurious Brothers has selected Limoncello “Il Convento” Bio IGP.

This liqueur is produced in Massa Lubrense, a town on the Amalfi Coast, the lemon grove faces the island of Capri. The lemons used are IGP “Sorrento” certified and come from organic farming. From these lemons, a natural and highest quality limoncello is obtained. 350 gr. lemons are needed to make one liter of limoncello. Thus, the guarantee of quality is denoted by the presence of a thin layer of lemon essential oil.
