Sea fennel is a wild aromatic plant that could be found in abundance on the Mediterranean coasts. Very popular among sailors who consumed it to prevent scurvy thanks to its richness in vitamin C.

Yet at the end of the 900s its frantic picking led to its disappearance in many regions. It is now considered a protected plant species in many parts of Italy and Europe.

To be able to offer it to you, Rinci, its producer in the Marche region has developed a culture.

The very aromatic leaves of sea fennel offer little-known flavors on our tables. You will find fennel, lemon or carrot in addition to its richness in vitamin C, mineral salts (potassium and iodine), beta-carotene and antioxidants.
