Epicurious brothers has selected the certified Bio Frizzante Prosecco DOC for its freshness on the palate with notes of golden apple and its delicate aroma of acacia flowers.  This Prosecco is a sparkling wine unlike most Prosecco which are sparkling wines. Its lightness in bubbles makes it very easy to drink at the cut.  In addition to being certified organic, Prosecco DOC Frizzante is also certified vegan. Thus, no animal protein is used during the clarification process.  Ideal as an aperitif at the cut.
