Producer

With five generations of experience behind it, Pizzolato Settimo & Gino was founded in 1981. Originally, the company was involved in raising cattle, growing grapes and harvesting fruits and vegetables, including kiwis, peaches and strawberries.

Grapes and wine, products of excellence among all agricultural products, quickly proved to be the first to respond positively to organic methods. In 1991, the wines produced began to be controlled and certified by a control body in accordance with EEC Regulation No. 2092/91. In addition, winemaking and bottling techniques have also been regulated by a new European status for organic wine. Finally, the winery obtained organic certification in 1991, the year in which certification bodies were created in Italy.
